- The product supplied is different from what was ordered.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Product Inspection
- Returned products are inspected upon receipt.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
- Return or refund approval is subject to inspection results.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are completed within 7 business days after approval.
- Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved and stock is available, the replacement product will be dispatched after return approval. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Electrical panels or controllers manufactured as per client specifications
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
7. Warranty Claims
Certain products may be covered under a manufacturer warranty. Warranty-related claims are handled according to the specific warranty terms of the product and do not fall under the standard return or refund policy.
